Amazon PPC management
Amazon PPC management is the weekly work of choosing keywords, setting bids and budgets, and cutting wasted spend across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. A good target is not the lowest ACoS, but the ACoS that grows total sales while keeping the account profitable.
What is a good ACoS?
ACoS (advertising cost of sale) is ad spend divided by ad sales. Your break-even ACoS equals your margin before ad costs: if you keep 30% of the price after product cost and Amazon fees, ads are profitable below 30% ACoS. During a launch we may run above break-even on purpose to build ranking. For mature products we aim below it. We also track TACoS, ad spend divided by total sales, to see whether ads are growing organic sales too.
What we manage
- Campaign structure by product, match type and goal (launch, rank, defend, profit).
- Search term harvesting and negative keywords every week.
- Bids by placement and time, budgets moved to what converts.
- Sponsored Brands and video for brand registered sellers.
- Competitor and branded defense campaigns.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much should I spend on Amazon ads?
There is no single right number. It depends on your margin, competition and goal, and launches need more than mature products. We set the budget with you from your break-even ACoS and review it monthly.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Our PPC plans start from $400 a month. For larger budgets we can quote a percentage of spend instead, whichever is lower for you.
